Feed More, a nonprofit dedicated to eradicating food insecurity throughout central Virginia, wanted art to be an integral part of their first in-person all-hands meeting in two years. Our goal was to both celebrate their work and elevate their capacity to create together, so they can continue to feed the future.

We began by teaching the group our creative process and then everyone sprang into action responding to a creative challenge uniquely designed for them. Everyone was engaged in the hands-on process as they transformed 22,000 individual stickers into a stunning 5 foot x 8 foot mural artwork. The final image reveal showcased the organization's mission and was a testament to their commitment to bringing this vision into vibrant focus.

The art was part of a critical strategy review that engaged all of the employees in our strategic plan. It will be proudly displayed in our offices for clients, volunteers, donors, and employees to enjoy.
